The problem
Coaches can't be there for every athlete between sessions, and managing a growing roster by hand doesn't scale.
What we built
A SaaS platform where coaches upload drills, playbooks and methodology, and an AI assistant answers athletes' questions in the coach's style. Coaches build periodised programs, manage athletes and teams from one dashboard, and track progress with automated check-ins. We built the analytics dashboards, real-time APIs using Server-Sent Events, and the RAG pipeline behind the assistant.
